Glass can be fragile in transit, so here's our promise on every order:
- Arrives intact — or we replace it free. If any jar arrives broken, cracked or chipped, email us a photo with your order number within 24 hours of delivery and we'll send a free replacement. No arguments.
- 7-day returns. Changed your mind? Return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days for a refund or exchange.
